Meet Caleb

Caleb is our founder and Director of Operations. He is originally from Detroit, MI and entered the marketing world as an intern doing B2B marketing and sales. He has almost 10 years of experience and founded his first company in 2017. He expanded our organization down south in 2024, with Tampa being the first of our southern expansion. Caleb has a desire to truly see everyone win and is in your corner every step of the way.

Meet Michelle

Michelle is our Organizational Admin. She oversees our Human Resources and Administration team for all of our markets. Michelle received her bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University and was one of our very first team members.

Meet Reynaldo

Reynaldo is our Assistant Director. He is originally from Panama and started as an Account Executive in 2019 while in Detroit and moved with Caleb to Florida for the expansion. He was recently promoted to Assistant Director in 2023. In the future, Reynaldo wants to expand the organization internationally.

Our History

Our company was created October 2017 in Detroit, Michigan by our Director of Operations Caleb Stump. Since then, 6 more offices have opened in cities along the east coast including Nashville, Louisville, Atlanta, and now Tampa. We have taught over 100 agents to communicate effectively, collaborate with brands, create a sense of community, and most importantly the art of sales. As an organization we prioritize our team and take pride in our company culture. The more successful we are as a team, the more we can provide success for our client. We strive to empower the next generation of professionals.
